So a few days ago, I went to see New Moon at our local theater. I have to say that I did like at. At the ending my friend said it was a “action packed romance”. I do agree with him.

Anyways, about the werewolves. The werewolves themselves are wolves; a four-legged being. But these ones are absolutely huge. Here’s an image:

I think its awesome that these wolves are more ‘wolf’ than man. The texture of the wolf pack was stunning, especially their fur being blown in the breeze. Thumbs up to the CGI guys.

Now besides the love parts between Edward and Bella and Jacob (the werewolf), I have to say that this movie was really entertaining to watch. Many people criticizes that The Twilight Saga is a romance and the author (Stephanie Meyer) made vampires all wrong, but I don’t see why they do. The movie may have dull parts to those people who haven’t read the books, but the fight scenes are vary well done.

So all in all. This movie is one I would recommended.

I haven’t actually seen the original Wolfman because I don’t the like suit the werewolf is built up in. And to me its an eye-sore to look at the costume. Well anyways, here is a plot summery from IMDB:

The Werewolf:

It’s pretty obvious here by looking at the Wolfman image. First off, the werewolf is clearly more man than wolf, much like the original Wolfman, however with todays technology, I have to say that it is awesome to look at.

My overview:

From the previous movie, Twilight, New Moon is about a teenage girl who is madly in love with a vamipre, named Edward. We’re talking about CRAZY in love. Both Edward and Bella love each other but between them, Edward has the conscious. Edward will do anything to keep Bella alive and well. And Edward prooves it when everything goes arry at Bella’s 18th birthday party where Japser, another vampire accidentally attacks Bella. *Papercut* Now that Edward left Bella, she is in a spiraling depression that numbs her body, until Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner) helps Bella out of her depression by just being himself.

The Werewolves:

The werewolves in this movie are not the average ones. They’re from the Quiluite Indian tribe were their ancestors are wolves. Their ancestors where the protectors of the tribe, and still are, from the cold ones, aka the vampires. From the movie trailers, these werewolves look more like wolves; except for the fact that they are big as your house. These wolves arnt like Van Helsing’s.
